Blazer Jobs is hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in Monroe, NC. This position offers the opportunity to provide essential speech and language services to students in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Provide direct therapy sessions, both individually and in groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure progress toward therapy goals.
- Document student progress and update IEPs as necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active North Carolina SLP license.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children or in a school setting.
